Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We want each customer to be completely confident their food has been handled with the upmost traceability and care. We hope the precautions we take in packaging all orders in double walled boxes and carefully protecting the contents it is still possible that something may get damaged in transit. In this unfortunate situation, just email us a picture of your damaged item(s) next to the shipping label of your package. Please note without picture as described we will not be able to assist with replacements or refunds.
